John Brown of the Streatham Society kindly sent in this charming wedding group picture. It is taken, probably in the 1920s or 30s in what would now be the garden of 2a Glennie Rd. At that time the point of land may have belonged to the church. John wonders if there is a possibility that anyone might be recognised. The church behind is looking rather dirty and the eagle-eyed may spot that the entrance steps that originally led up to a door on the North West corner (entering through the room we now know as The Oratory) are still in place. You can see a notice board to the left of the oak double doors.
